The most memorable weddings don’t happen by accident, they are meticulously planned. There are many stages of planning required to create the perfect day and we are here to make it easier for you.
The Personal Touch
First, we’d love to meet you! An initial informal meeting and a tour of the venue will enable you to appreciate our passion for planning and help you to envisage your perfect day in such tranquil surroundings.
We understand that deciding on your wedding venue is a big decision so feel free to contact our highly trained event coordinators to discuss even the minutest of details before making your final decision.
What to expect
Book Registrars
If you’ll be holding your wedding ceremony with us all you need to do is book with Leeds Registrars through Leeds City Council, more information can be found below.
Discuss the details with us as often as you like
We’re happy to meet with you as little or as often as you like, to ensure that everything is ready for your big day. You’ll have access to our portal where you can view all the information relating to your wedding.
Final Meeting
Four weeks out we’ll have a final meeting to confirm every detail of the day itself and for anything scheduled to take place on the days leading up to it.
The Sense of Ceremony
Want to tie the knot at The Manor? As a licensed venue, we can officially conduct both civil weddings and civil partnerships.
At The Manor, your wedding ceremony is included in every daytime wedding package, giving you a seamless and stress-free start to your special day. Our licensed spaces can comfortably accommodate up to 75 guests, either in the elegant High Gardens room or on our Private Lawn.

Access to small meeting room for Registrars
Dedicated Events Coordinator to liaise with your Wedding Party & Registrars
Use of our sound system (you just need to provide a CD, USB, or a phone with your chosen playlist)
We are proudly licensed under the Leeds Registrars to host civil ceremonies. The registrar service is not included in our wedding packages, and there is an additional cost which is payable direct to the Registry Office. To enquire about availability and cost of registrars to conduct your ceremony please contact Leeds City Council on 0113 3789664 or visit the Leeds City Council Civil Ceremonies page.
Dedicated Event Coordinators
Events Manager Becky and Assistant Events Manager Starr have years of experience in creating bespoke weddings, and will work closely with you to bring your ideas to life, crafting a day that is uniquely yours, and truly memorable.
They're happy to meet with you as little or as often as you like to ensure that everything is ready, then when the big day comes they'll be there to ensure everything runs seamlessly so you can concentrate on what's important - yourself and your loved-ones!
