At 268 yards from the medal tee the 12th offers the player a great birdie opportunity. The green is easily reachable from the tee but as with many short par 4s there is some risk attached.
If you miss the green to the left you had better play a provisional as there is little chance of finding the first.
Whether you're playing the tee-shot or your approach, direct the ball to the right of the front right hand bunker.
The green slopes severely from right to left and can be one of the quickest on the course.
Sam MillsJust want to say thank you to Richard Hedley for the Coaching he has been giving me. I have learnt so much and he has so much to give and likes to push his pupils when in lessons like he has done with me. I would definitely recommend The Manor and Richard Hedley for golf lessons.
