The 415 yard 3rd is stroke index 1 and does indeed deserve its status. The driving area is extremely narrow adding to the pressure of the tee-shot.
Once the drive has been positioned you are then faced with an equally demanding 2nd with either a wood or long iron to an elevated green.
We are constructing a new green on the 11th hole and undertaking drainage work on holes 1 & 2. Be aware that all 3 holes may be playing to a temporary green. Green fee rates have been reduced to reflect this | Play as it lies on the fairway | Preferred lies in bunkers.
